Set up was very simple, however When I finally went to use it only cold air was blowing. Now I know this isn't going to get real hot but I expected it to be warm. I contacted the company and they sent me some instructions. I tried and still only cold air. It took many emails one because of the time difference and two because there were quite a few misunderstandings but after everything was cleared up they sent me a new one. This was one does heat up. Again this isn't going to get real hot and you will most likely need to run it for a 2nd cycle or possibly a 3rd depending on what you are drying and how many items you put in there. If you need something dried fast this is not what you want. But if you're in no rush this will do the trick while you're getting other chores done.Works really well. Love being able to fold this away when we don't need it. Everything was really easy to put together and use just wish the bars would clamp in. When you fold it some of the upright bars slip out but it's not a big deal we just put them back in when we fold it downHonest review, this product is okay. Not the greatest but it does the job. It’s great for my small apartment and it heats up fast and well. However when I received it. I put it all together and realized that 1. A zipper was missing. Wasn’t even in the box so now I can close the top left side. 2. All of the poles it comes with to hang clothes on are so short they don’t fit the slots on the inside so the only place to hang clothes is the bar at the very top which is the base for the dryer. I am currently waiting on the manufacturer to message me back to see if I can get the correct sizes poles sent to me.Update: Customer service wasSo helpful and it was super easy to reach the manufacturer. They are now sending me a completely new dryer to make up for the issues I previously had. It’s a great dryer just with some issuesThis dryer works perfect it holds a load ofClothes from my portable washer and drys them faster than hanging them out.Thin bars across don't reach far enough or fall down. At first chose 105F which gradually decreases untill off for 45mins. clothes were still very wet, second try for same temp and time, clothes were still wet. Not sure about energy efficiencyFor those who are interested in buying similar products, the horizontal bars have a different length when compared to the vertical bars. The difference is obvious when you stand them side by side.My experience with this particular product is that I found it easy to assemble. You can either follow the instruction or do what I did. First, I verified that the wheels can fit in the base which in my case, I needed to drill the holes a little bigger because they are just a little too tight for the wheels to sit in. After that, I assembled the frame without the base frame. I then place the fabric starting from the base then pulling it over the top frame. You may need a second hand if it becomes difficult to move the frame about and a big clear space to do this part. After this, I added the base frame with the wheels already attached.It would have been nicer to have a velcro strap to secure the fabric to the top and middle bar when you are folding the unit when putting it away. Other than that, I am satisfied with the purchase and am excited to use it.Love this. Works great if you have a washer that spins clothes really well. I only have a 2 cu ft washer and it holds everything but not much room to spare. If you have a manual hanging rack, you could rotate a regular load I would assume.I add a couple dryer sheets inside toward the outer sides and that works to remove Lint from clothes better tan a dryer- dryer sheets creates positive charge so lint doesn’t stick and clothes smell great.It’s shorter than me and with a bad back had to put a riser under it.Very good product! it does a great job in drying the clothes. however, after having this for over a year the cloth cover breaks so easy. Now I'm trying to replace the cloth cover but can't find out where I could purchase it? It seems you need to buy the whole unit all over again.
